My Wife is a Gangster 3

After reading Snippets' blog, I bought this DVD in Aman Suria yesterday night and watched the movie. It is a sort of a Korean-Chinese Kill Bill with the fun element really. This chicken and duck talk of a movie brings the heroine Shu Qi to Seoul where she met three floozies of the local Mafia. Manipulated by the interpretors, the movie sustained itself throughout in spite of its mundane story-line. Except for the three characters and the Korean translator, most characters in the movie were undeveloped. Shu Qi just struts around looking beautiful and trying to be as cool as she was in So Close.

Sometimes, in a warped sense, it is good that Shu Qi went and did that Playboy spread. This movie shows she is losing her beauty and I believe so, her body.

Anyway, it is an enjoyable movie, even though I can only understand it by reading the sub-titles.
