Micro-managing-Is is a Sickness?These days, we have many people who loves micro-managing in spite of the availability of work manuals and desk files. This is prevalent more with women than men. Yes, my experience showed me that those men who are effeminate, also like to micro-manage. Is it the sense of power over others that make them so?
The worst type are those who want the job done only one way-their way. The work manual just give broad steps, leaving creativity and ingenuity to do the rest. What is more important is effectiveness and not efficiency per se.
But how do you tell these so called neanderthal bossy show-offs that theirs are not the only ways?
That many roads lead to Rome? That there are many ways to skin a cat?
