Just read a book titled above written by Wallace D Wattles, a post Civil War writer in the USA. An easy read, it is prescriptive in general terms on the science of getting rich. His theory is fully premised on the principles of Faith, Purpose and Gratitude.
Wallace, after studying and meditating on the various faiths, claimed he had discovered the principles that lead to a rich and wealthy life. He became a great educationist and teacher after writing this book. Napolean Hill, Anthony Robbins and Bob Proctor has read his book and found that is was "life transforming".

According to Wallace, his booj is a pragmatic manual for those in need of money. there is a thinking stuff from which all things are made. In its original state, it 'permeates, penetrates and fills the inter-spaces of the universe'. Following from that, a thought in this substance will produce the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought upon Formless substance which will cause the thing he thinks about to be created.
To be able to accomplish this, man must pass from the competitive to the creative mind;otherwie he cannot be in harmony with the Formless Intelligence which is always creative and never competitive.
